10 LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE A BETTER DAY

So today I was having one of those bad days where everything just goes wrong and we all have those days. I thought to myself that it's just not worth it to get mad for stupid things. Then I remembered that I had a list in my diary, a list of things that usually make my day better. So I'm going to write them down so maybe I can be of any help to any of you :)






1. A GOOD CUP OF COFFEE.
Either you relax on your bed or in a coffee bar a good cup of coffee can wake you up and decrease your stress levels to start the day with the right foot.




2. BUBBLE BATH.
Whenever I am sad or I feel lonely I like to take a warm bubble bath, do my nails, hair & makeup for a great confidence boost.





3. WRITE IN A DIARY/BLOG.
You can write a in blog or a diary to express your feelings, thoughts and beliefs. Also it is a way of getting something off of your chest when you don't have anyone to talk to about something.




4. BUY FLOWERS.
Don't flowers make everyone happier? The colors and the smell just light up not only your room but your mood too!




5. WATCH A MOVIE/READ A BOOK.
Don't procrastinate on reading that book you bought. Reading is relaxing especially if you read about something you like. You can also prepare the tissues and the chocolate ice-cream for a good chick flick.




6. PLAY WITH A PET.
Play with your pet, don't ignore it anymore. It's playtime! If you don't have a pet you can either go to a local pet shop or to a friend that does.





7. WRITE A LETTER/POSTCARD.
Don't you just like to get a hand written letter or a postcard in the mail? Take the time to write someone a letter or a nice postcard and what do you know, you might just get one back!





8. DO SOMETHING ARTSY.
Whether you draw, paint, dance, write or sing do something artsy to improve your skills and make the most of your time.




9. TAKE A WALK.
I really like to take walks when I'm having a bad day. I take walks in the park when sunny and on the wet streets when raining. It relaxes you to a point you do not give the slightest damn about your problem.




10. GO TO BED EARLY.
Put on your pajamas and your fuzzy socks and snuggle up in your bed to get some good rest and start the next day even better!
